The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of combined HR and recruiting experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and a hands-on approach to both recruiting and HR support across a multi-site workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• 5+ years HR generalist and recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles (manufacturing, technical, professional).
• Develop postings, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to align workforce needs and recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive new-hire experience.
• Support employee relations with guidance on policies, procedures and conflict resolution.
• Assist with performance reviews, corrective actions, and policy updates.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies at all locations.
• Support HR initiatives like engagement programs, internal communications and retention.
• Track recruitment metrics and HR KPIs; maintain HRIS records and reports.
