Job summary

IMMI is seeking an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide prompt and courteous service to all team members while supporting the organization’s hiring needs. You’ll manage recruiting for Office, Engineering, CAPE, and Manufacturing positions, building a strong candidate pipeline and owning the full lifecycle from engagement to onboarding and offboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and follow through to completion.
• Proficiency with HR relevant systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with supervisors and leadership to understand workforce needs and influence hiring decisions.
• Build pipelines, map talent markets, and engage passive candidates for production and technical staffing.
• Represent the company at job fairs, events, and campus recruiting activities.
• Source, screen, interview, and hire hourly and salaried talent across functions.
• Lead new hire orientation and support a smooth first day experience.
• Maintain data in HRIS systems and generate recruiting metrics.
