Qualifications

• Knowledge of the employment life cycle from talent acquisition to offboarding.
• Knowledge of state/federal employment laws (Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA).
• Proven ability to identify and recruit candidates using diverse sourcing channels.
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of internet recruiting strategies.
• Ability to build relationships with managers to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting including requisitions, posting, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and benefits enrollment.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, and bi-weekly payroll processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist performance reviews, training, and reporting to managers.
• Maintain HR processes, personnel files, and HRIS compliance.
• Support HR meetings and company events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
