thyssenkrupp Polysius North America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to provide HR support, coordinate recruiting, onboarding, benefits and payroll.

The role requires handling employee relations, compliance, training, safety, performance management and organizational changes in a hybrid setup with on-site work in Milwaukee, WI or Kennesaw, GA. Travel may reach up to 25% to Milwaukee or Atlanta depending on residence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of employment life cycle from talent acquisition to onboarding and offboarding.
• Understanding of state/federal employment laws (Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA).
• Experience recruiting candidates, sourcing creatively, and building relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manages full cycle recruiting and selection, including requisitions, postings, screenings, interviews, offers and rejections.
• Onboards new staff and coordinates benefits enrollment.
• Fields HR requests related to policy, programs, benefits, leave, timekeeping and payroll.
• Maintains HRIS and personnel files with focus on compliance.
