Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and payroll systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Recruit hourly employees and manage onboarding and records.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates for all hourly positions to meet plant production requirements.
• Maintain and communicate employee files, payroll, training and divisional headquarters as required.
• Keep ADP up to date and accurate as well as maintaining employee timecard and badge systems.
• Manage relationships with temporary recruiting firms and Ohio Bureau of Employment Services.
• Utilize best recruiting practices to reduce plant turnover and recruiting costs.
• Assist with administering hourly and salary benefit programs including onboarding and records keeping.
• Coordinate a wide variety of HR tasks including personnel, medical records, and benefits administration.
• Administer employee welfare programs and maintain positive employee relations.
• Perform other duties as designated by the supervisor.
