Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years HR Generalist experience in a medium to large company.
• SHRM-CP certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS; strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee personnel records for accuracy and compliance.
• Process job offers, promotions, and salary reviews with HR leadership.
• Administer and deliver New Employee Orientation.
• Immigration records, reports and filings.
• Monitor and ensure SOX compliance and related controls.
• Create, post and track job descriptions and postings.
• Assist with performance reviews and data reporting.
• Support recruiting/staffing activities and agency coordination.
