Job summary

Tree Top Staffing LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR support for internal customers, focusing on employee relations, investigations, training and coaching. This role builds strong partnerships with managers to address human resource needs.

Responsibilities include overseeing new hire orientation, onboarding, termination, payroll and benefits administration, policy compliance, and full-cycle recruitment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
• Experience working in Human Resources.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 5 years of HR generalist experience.
• HR Related Certification Preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.
• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts.
• Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity & inclusion and overall employee experience.
• Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g., performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.).
• Support the continuing transformation of HR via HR process development & implementation, continuous best practice & automation improvements.
• Assist with Merger and Acquisition process for employee integration.
• Assist the HR Management team with various research projects and/or special projects.
• Serve as subject matter expert on majority of HR products and services.
