Job summary

Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support dealership locations across three states. The role covers HRIS/LMS management, benefits, leave administration, recruiting and onboarding, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will manage HR technologies, ensure data integrity, and provide trusted HR support to managers and associates. Travel to dealerships is required to deliver hands-on HR assistance, conduct audits, and partner with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred; equivalent HR experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably Generalist or Senior Generalist.
• Experience with benefits, leave administration, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Advanced computer literacy; able to administer and maintain HR systems.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, LMS, ATS, benefits, and onboarding platforms.
• Paylocity and Cornerstone experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn new technology, diagnose issues, and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and investigations.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws; multi-state experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR technology platforms, including HRIS, LMS, ATS, benefits, and onboarding systems.
• Maintain system configuration, workflows, data integrity, reporting, integrations, and updates.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support to managers and associates.
• Manage LMS assignments, training records, and reporting in partnership with Training & Development.
• Review systems to identify efficiencies and improve workflows; maintain system documentation.
• Support HR with compliance initiatives, audits, and policy updates; travel to dealership locations as needed.
