Job summary

Fitzgerald Auto Mall seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support dealership locations across three states. The role partners closely with the Director of Human Resources and other HR members to cover HRIS, LMS, benefits and leave administration, recruiting and onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent HR experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as Generalist or Senior Generalist.
• Experience with benefits, leave administration, recruiting, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• HR Systems & LMS management: administer HRIS, LMS, ATS, benefits, onboarding systems.
• Benefits Administration: manage enrollments, open enrollment, vendor coordination.
• Leave Administration: handle FMLA/ADA/state leaves and return-to-work processes.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: support posting, candidate review and new-hire setup.
• Employee Relations & HR Support: assist managers on investigations, performance, policy interpretation.
• Multi-State HR Support & Compliance: stay compliant with federal/state laws; travel to locations as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
