Job summary

Hoselton Auto Mall, a long‑standing family‑owned auto dealer in the Greater Rochester area, seeks an HR Generalist to support day‑to‑day HR operations. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration and compliance, while assisting with payroll and timekeeping.

The role requires 5–7 years HR generalist experience, strong knowledge of HR laws, and proficiency with ADP payroll. A 40‑hour workweek, corporate benefits offerings, and a collaborative team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and federal HR laws (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Disability).
• Experience with payroll processes and benefits administration.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, benefits, leave, and compliance.
• Respond to employee and manager requests and assist with payroll processing.
• Learn and support weekly payroll and timekeeping processes.
