Job summary

CNA is seeking an Employee Relations Senior Consultant to provide guidance to managers, employees, HR Business Partners, and colleagues. You will handle policy interpretation, performance management, workplace conduct, attendance, and employee complaints.

You will manage investigations end-to-end, develop summaries, and collaborate with stakeholders to determine appropriate resolutions. A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial or Labor Relations, Business or related field.
• Typically six+ years of directly related employee relations experience.
• Experience managing employee relations cases and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and compliance.
• Coach managers on performance management and corrective actions.
• Investigate employee complaints from start to finish.
• Maintain documentation in CNA’s case management system.
• Develop recommendations and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Assist in creating and refining HR policies and training tools.
