Job summary

C&N is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support a variety of HR programs, initiatives, and day-to-day operations while serving as a trusted resource to employees and leaders. You will provide employee relations support, help ensure compliance with employment regulations, coordinate HR communications and projects, analyze workforce information, and identify opportunities to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 4–6 years of HR experience or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze workforce information and improve processes

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations & Manager Support: Guide employees and leaders on HR policies and performance management, document resolutions.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Support employment law compliance, audits, policy reviews and regulatory actions.
• HR Communications & Employee Experience: Develop HR communications, maintain resources, support engagement and recognition programs.
• Reporting, Analytics & Leadership Support: Prepare HR metrics, reports and insights for decisions.
• HR Operations & Process Improvement: Manage HR systems, payroll support, and cross-functional projects.
