This role is responsible for coordinating HR policies, recruiting, and facilitating employee training programs. Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years HR Generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruits and screens exempt and non-exempt applicants.
• Administers performance management and salary administration programs.
• Provides support for employee relations issues.
• Facilitates training and career development plans.
• Works with the HR Director to administer HR Planning Process.
• Serves as Climate and QMS Survey administrator.
• Assists employees in resolving benefits coverage issues.
• Facilitates organizational design and change management initiatives.
