Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Administer employee benefits and educate staff on options.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and HR data in the system.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and resulting documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, and candidate interviews; coordinate offers.
• Support staff development and performance review processes.
• Provide leadership to the Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator.
