About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing technology firm based in Randburg, Gauteng , is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HR Generalist with a strong focus on Recruitment and Onboarding. This role is crucial for attracting and securing top talent to fuel the company's rapid expansion in the Gauteng tech landscape. The ideal candidate will be an expert in sourcing, interviewing, and managing the candidate experience, as well as designing and implementing robust onboarding programs that ensure new hires integrate seamlessly and become productive quickly. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization.
