Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of HR generalist experience in a multi-site environment.
• Solid knowledge of federal and California employment laws and compliance.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and reporting obligations.
• Administer onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Serve as liaison between management and staff to resolve workplace issues.
• Develop and implement HR programs to improve engagement and retention.
• Maintain HR databases and generate standard reports for management.
• Support HR policy administration and process improvements.
