Job summary

The role reports to the Human Resource Manager and emphasizes building relationships, driving initiatives, and maintaining records in a manufacturing/operations setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
• Six+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or operations.
• Knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, safety, benefits and payroll.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Advise employees and managers on HR policies and workplace concerns.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, staffing, and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with laws.
• Coordinate performance reviews, training, benefits, and leave.
• Organize company events and community service activities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business

Masters preferred

Six+ years HR experience
