Job summary

AUTOKINITON is seeking a Sr. Human Resource Generalist to support HR operations, benefits, and compliance. You will partner with managers to drive talent development, maintain employee files, and administer programs across the full employment lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR and 5–7 years of experience, with strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Expect a focus on collaboration, leadership, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes (labor relations, development, compensation, benefits).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong problem resolution, customer service and team orientation.
• Proven leadership ability and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Support mission, vision, values and goals in daily activities.
• Maintain positive colleague relations through effective communication.
• Develop departmental strategic goals with measurable actions.
• Counsel supervisors on colleague development and relations.
• Maintain applicant files and compliance with laws.
• Assist with disciplinary actions and training assessments.
• Coordinate testing and orientation for new hires.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and training records.
• Administer benefits plans and coordinate with providers.
• Maintain COBRA communications and 401K liaison.
• Track department metrics and support process improvements.
