Job summary

AUTOKINITON is seeking a Senior Human Resource Generalist in Lebanon, TN to support HR programs, policies, and employee relations across the organization. You will partner with leadership to drive people processes, administer benefits, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and effective communication. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years HR experience are preferred, with relocation support available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of HR experience in a corporate environment.
• In-depth knowledge of labor relations, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong problem resolution skills with a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support mission, vision, values, and goals in daily activities.
• Maintain positive colleague relations through effective communication and prompt attention to concerns.
• Provide input into departmental strategic goals and measures to support them.
• Provide guidance to supervisors on colleague development, relations, conflict resolution, and team interaction.
• Maintain employee files and records in compliance with federal and state law.
• Coordinate onboarding, testing, and orientation for new hires.
• Assist with benefits administration and COBRA guidance as needed.
• Track department metrics and participate in process improvements.
