AUTOKINITON is seeking an experienced Sr. Human Resource Generalist to support HR operations across the organization. The role emphasizes employee relations, policy guidance, testing coordination, and training program development.

Relocation assistance is offered for qualified positions, and a strong emphasis is placed on work-life balance, growth opportunities, and learning. Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and practices (labor relations, organizational development, leadership development, compensation, benefits, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong problem resolution skills and customer service orientation.
• Proven leadership ability and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support mission, values, and goals in daily activities.
• Maintain positive colleague relations through effective communication.
• Provide input into departmental strategic goals and measures.
• Counsel supervisors on employee development and relations.
• Maintain salary files and prepare disciplinary write-ups.
• Coordinate applicant testing and onboarding processes.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and training records.
• Administer company benefit plans and COBRA-related communications.
• Liaise with managers and purchasing on contractors and MLS.
