Job summary

Meissner is seeking a Senior HR Generalist Operations to independently manage HR operations including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and onboarding. You will turn people data into strategic recommendations and help shape organizational growth, collaborating with leadership across the company.

Based at the Camarillo headquarters, you will partner with HR, Safety and Operations teams on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Independently manage HR operations including job descriptions, employee relations, compliance, policy review, performance management, onboarding.
• Provide guidance on conduct, disciplinary matters, and escalation handling.
• Partner with HR and Administrative teams to drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Maintain confidential HR data and documentation in compliance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and audit job descriptions in partnership with managers and leaders.
• Manage employee relations cases from intake to resolution including workplace investigations.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires and the end-to-end process.
• Assist with DEI initiatives and HR projects; communicate policy to staff.
