Centerfield in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior HR Operations Partner to act as the operational counterpart to the SVP of People Operations. You will oversee employee relations, workplace investigations, manager coaching, and HR partner leadership in a fast-growing on-site environment.

This role also drives talent acquisition operations, headcount governance, workforce restructuring, and cross-functional execution with Finance, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS and Analytics.
