Keystone CPA is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to own and execute day-to-day HR and employee lifecycle functions. This hands-on role emphasizes structured processes, accurate documentation, and a consistent employee experience.

The position requires managing onboarding, employee relations, performance-management, HR systems, benefits, leave, and compliance. Collaboration with leadership, managers, and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a small to midsized, growing professional environment.
• Experience with employee relations and performance-management documentation.
• Experience coordinating comprehensive onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers.
• Own onboarding, employee relations, performance-management processes, HR systems, policies, benefits, and leave.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, background checks, and preboarding requirements.
• Maintain HR records and ensure HR processes work across on-site, hybrid, and remote employees.
• Prepare monthly people-operations dashboards and track HR actions.
