Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Navasota, TX is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to be the primary HR partner for a manufacturing site of about 100 employees. You will support employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, onboarding, and HR program implementation on a 100% onsite basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist/HRBP/HR Manager experience.
• Strong employee relations experience and investigations handling.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for manufacturing, operations, and business teams.
• Support employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Provide coaching to managers on HR-related matters.
• Administer HR programs, policies, and procedures.
• Support benefits administration and employee communications.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Analyze HR trends and workforce data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Support time-reporting processes and other administrative HR functions as needed.
