Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for an onsite, Monday–Friday role with flexible shifts. You will partner with management to deliver HR services, guide policy interpretation, and support salary administration to ensure equity across the organization.

Responsibilities include driving employee relations initiatives, conducting climate assessments, overseeing investigations and exits, and coordinating with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required.
• At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute positive employee relations initiatives.
• Counsel with managers to identify and implement actions improving employee relations.
• Partner with HR management on investigations and exit interviews.
