Job summary

Medline is seeking an Associate HR Generalist for an onsite role in Wilmer, TX. The position runs Monday–Friday from 12 PM to 9 PM with flexibility for a multi-shift operation. You will support HR services, advise on policy, and handle employee records, onboarding, and training in collaboration with HR leadership.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and HR support experience; a PHR or SPHR is preferred. Travel up to 25% within and outside the state may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• HR support or administration experience preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and maintain employee records and reporting.
• Assist management with employee relations and onboarding.
• Support training needs, investigations, and leave/ workers' comp processes.
