Movement Search & Delivery seeks a Senior HR Generalist to join its corporate HR team in Troy, MI. You will oversee onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and leadership development, partnering with leaders across multiple units to drive effective HR programs.

This on-site role reports to the HR Manager and offers hands-on involvement, policy implementation, and opportunities to contribute to HR leadership as the company grows.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years hands-on HR experience with broad generalist responsibilities.
• Experience supporting employee relations and coaching managers through workplace issues.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build credibility with employees and leaders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or a similar certification preferred.
• Location: Troy, MI area; on-site.
• Employment: Full-time, exempt.
• Reports to: Human Resources Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Manage onboarding and orientation, including documentation, benefit enrollments, and updates.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, conduct, and workplace concerns; support timely resolutions.
• Identify recurring employee and organizational issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Support benefits administration and coordinate deductions, leave-related updates, garnishments, and retirement plan changes.
• Maintain accurate employee and payroll-related records for hires, terminations, and changes.
• Support performance reviews, goal setting, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Help develop and deliver training for managers and employees.
• Implement HR policies and process improvements while ensuring compliance with laws and company requirements.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs and participate in interviews.
• Conduct routine audits of HR records and data.
• Contribute expertise in benefits, compensation, compliance, or another HR specialty.
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
