Kirco is seeking an HR Generalist in Troy, MI to join our Talent & Culture team. This role covers recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll support, employee relations, HR systems, policies, compliance, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to learn, with 2–4 years of HR experience and a strong foundation in HR practices. This on-site role offers opportunities to broaden responsibilities and impact across the Associate lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Approximately 2–4 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
• Experience supporting recruiting and the hiring process strongly preferred.
• General knowledge of HR practices, employment policies, benefits, payroll, and employee relations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support recruiting efforts for positions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and identify strong candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with job postings, assessments, reference checks, background screenings, and pre-employment activities.
• Support payroll and timekeeping processes and help resolve Associate questions or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate employee information within the HRIS and ensure documentation is complete.
