Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking an HR Generalist to implement and participate in HR functions and projects. You will maintain records, support policy interpretation, and ensure compliance with federal/state laws as well as SOX controls.

Collaboration with hiring managers is essential to develop job descriptions and manage open positions. The role requires 3–5 years in HR Generalist work, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably a Bachelor’s in HR or related field with SHRM-CP

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years HR Generalist experience in a mid/large company.
• SHRM-CP certification preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records (physical and electronic) for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports (headcount, payroll, litigation, OSHA/EEO data).
• Administer employee evaluations and orientation programs.
• Update job descriptions with hiring managers and post/open positions.
• Ensure HR policies comply with federal and state laws, including SOX controls.
