Creative Financial Staffing, LLC, headquartered in Wyoming, MI, seeks a Senior HR Generalist to partner with operations leadership and staff across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, training, and process improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on HR experience, strong communication, and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with daily employee support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, benefits administration, and talent acquisition.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build credibility and develop relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with managers and supervisors to guide employee relations and workforce planning.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions.
• Lead onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies.
• Conduct workplace investigations and assist with conflict resolution.
• Support performance reviews and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain HR records and reporting in the HRIS system.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
• Assist with safety initiatives and return-to-work programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and drive continuous improvement.
