A top B2B consulting firm is looking for a detail-driven HR Specialist to support their dynamic manufacturing workforce in Michigan. This role involves maintaining accurate employee records, onboarding new hires, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in HR Management and 2-3 years of experience in HR functions. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. The position is full-time, with a focus on enhancing the employee experience.

Formación

• 2-3 years of HR or related experience.
• Understanding of key employment laws: FMLA, ADA, ADEA, Title VII, FLSA, etc.
• Knowledge of HR best practices: recruitment, selection, training, compensation, benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Process and maintain all personnel documentation.
• Assist managers on policy matters, compliance, and employee relations.
• Explain company policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
• Maintain and update employee data.
• Compile HR reports and documentation.

HRIS systems (ADP, Plex, or similar)

Strong written and verbal communication

Educación

Associate degree in HR Management or Business with HR electives
