Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or business administration or relevant field
• PHR certification required or preferred
• Experience as HR leadership in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, employee relations, and onboarding at the Norcross Plant
• Manage performance management, training, and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance and workforce planning aligned with plant leadership
• Handle HR data and reporting in ADP systems
• Investigate employee relations issues and facilitate resolutions
• Lead HR projects and contribute to policy development
