Qualifications

• Proven General Manager/Plant Manager experience leading 300+ employees.
• Strong engineering foundation with ability to partner with engineering teams.
• Experience in union manufacturing environments and driving employee engagement.
• Track record in lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience leading large capital investments and transformational programs.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Norcross facility operations across all functions.
• Champion safety and operational excellence at all levels.
• Oversee complex, technical manufacturing activities and capital projects.
• Develop and coach a tenured leadership team and succession plans.
• Drive performance metrics, continuous improvement, and cost management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and sister facilities to align objectives.
