Qualifications

• Strong business acumen with ability to communicate across levels of the organization.
• Excellent collaboration across a decentralized HR team.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee relations support for field service centers in both union and non-union settings.
• Coach and train leadership to drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Liaise with leadership to foster performance plans as needed.
• Lead efforts to improve recruiting, onboarding, and training processes.
• Support compensation and payroll activities to ensure timely processing.
• Utilize HRIS data to identify trends and develop actionable plans.
