Qualifications

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Employee relations support for field service centers inclusive of operations in both union and union-free businesses

  • Coach and train leadership to drive robust performance management processes to include talent development and succession planning

  • Liaise with leadership to foster performance plans as necessary

  • Co-lead efforts to drive continuous improvement in crucial HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, and training

  • Support efforts to ensure compensation and payroll activities are facilitated effectively

  • Utilize HRIS data analysis to advise the business of critical trends while helping develop actionable plans as necessary

  • Lead and assist as necessary in the investigation of and proper disposition of associate concerns

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree required. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is strongly preferred

  • 7 plus years of experience working as an HR professional

  • Prior experience supporting employees in a manufacturing environment is required

  • Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; requires approachable, responsive, results-oriented, and proactive personal traits.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to project confidence while communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization

  • Excellent collaboration abilities across a decentralized HR team

  • Must be able to travel 20% of the time
