Job summary

StandardAero is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to partner with client groups across the DFW area and the US. You will handle staffing, performance management, compliance, compensation planning, and employee relations while leading investigations and coaching leaders.

You will also conduct on-boarding, administer the DOT program, and drive personnel programs and communications to boost engagement and morale across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and positively influence others.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Business Partner to assigned client group up to 750 non-union employees, managers and leaders in DFW and across the US.
• Address employee relations issues and manage staffing, performance, compliance, compensation, learning and payroll/benefits questions.
• Lead investigations, provide counsel, and ensure compliant, fair handling of people-related matters.
• Support onboarding, orientation and DOT Drug/Alcohol program administration.
• Develop and maintain relationships to raise StandardAero brand exposure.
