Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 9+ years HRBP experience.
• Experience in a multinational/global environment.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HR strategic planning aligned to business goals.
• Provide expert counsel to leadership on tactical and strategic HR matters.
• Drive employee engagement and culture across business units.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives.
• Partner with COE to design and deliver HR solutions across functions.
