Job summary

The Senior Human Resources Generalist at thyssenkrupp Polysius North America, Inc. provides comprehensive HR support across recruitment, onboarding, benefits and payroll. This hybrid role supports offices in Milwaukee, WI and Kennesaw, GA, with up to 25% travel and close collaboration with the HR team.

You will handle employee relations, compliance with employment laws, performance cycles, and HR process improvements while maintaining accurate HRIS records and supporting company events.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle and staffing.
• Understanding of state/federal employment laws (Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA).
• Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates; strong networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting and selection, including interviews and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and benefits enrollment for new staff.
• Support payroll, timekeeping and leave processes with accuracy and compliance.
• Assist HR with policy implementation and HRIS data maintenance.
