Job summary

Second Sight Solutions, LLC, a BRG subsidiary, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage employee lifecycle, HR workflows, and HRIS administration across our multi-state workforce. You’ll partner with leadership to align HR programs with organizational goals and ensure compliant, efficient operations.

This hands-on role focuses on onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll coordination, reporting to the VP of HR.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage recurring administrative tasks.
• Experience implementing or working with Paylocity or Workday HRIS.
• 6-8 years of progressive HR generalist experience with ownership of HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, including FMLA and ADA; familiarity with DC requirements.
• Experience with benefits administration and leave management.
• Ability to work with limited guidance in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding; manage documentation, system setup, and separation paperwork.
• Develop and maintain HR workflows, processes, templates, and SOPs.
• Track onboarding/offboarding metrics and recommend improvements.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries; guide policies and practices.
• Own employee relations and investigations with HR leadership and legal input.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and HRIS data integrity.
• Support compliance calendar and payroll/benefits coordination.
