Job summary

BRG's Second Sight Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to advise business leaders across a distributed workforce. You will drive performance, engagement, and people programs while partnering with leadership on talent strategies and compliance across multiple states.

This onsite role in Washington, DC requires strong executive presence, coaching skills, and expertise in HR analytics. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in an HRBP/ advisory role.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field; HR cert preferred.
• Strong executive presence for engaging all leadership levels.
• Experience coaching leaders, especially first-time or new managers.
• Experience building scalable HR programs in a high-growth setting.
• Ability to use HR analytics to diagnose issues and propose solutions.
• Experience leading employee relations investigations with sound judgment.
• Experience navigating change in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Onsite role in Washington, DC 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and coach to leaders at all levels.
• Design and facilitate leadership development initiatives and tools.
• Partner on performance management and development plans.
• Own rhythm of the business for client groups, including headcount planning.
• Lead talent reviews, calibrations, and succession planning.
• Navigate HR matters across a multi-state remote/distributed workforce.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and escalation when needed.
• Partner with legal and HR leadership on complex compliance matters.
