Job summary

Second Sight Solutions, LLC, a BRG subsidiary and health tech company, seeks a Senior HR Generalist to deliver HR programs across the lifecycle—onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Reports to the VP of HR; this hands-on role owns recurring administrative and compliance work.

This onsite role in Washington, DC requires 6–8 years of HR generalist experience, a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and DC employment law familiarity.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Hands-on Paylocity experience is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with DC-specific employment requirements and multi-state workforce.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes; partner with managers, IT and operations.
• Own HR workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures.
• Track onboarding/offboarding metrics and suggest improvements.
• Act as first point of contact for HR inquiries and policy guidance.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and liaison with HR leadership and legal.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, and administer HRIS changes and records.
• Maintain HR compliance calendar and coordinate with teams.
