Job summary

HL Mando America Corporation in Novi, MI is seeking an HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment. You will partner with site leadership and HR teams to define workforce needs, design sourcing strategies, and drive talent engagements across the organization.

You will screen candidates, guide managers on best practices and compliance, and manage offers, relocations, and onboarding. A strong HRIS/ATS background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume environment highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
• Advise leadership on labor market trends and compensation competitiveness.
• Screen and evaluate applicants and make hiring recommendations.
• Lead interview and selection processes with guidance on best practices and compliance.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate compensation packages.
• Manage relocations and special hiring initiatives in partnership with HR.
• Enhance the employer brand through engagement with candidates, universities and partners.
• Collect, analyze, and report recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with site HR teams on onboarding, retention and long-term workforce planning.
• Maintain strict compliance with employment law and company policy.
