Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist to energize our team by driving excellence in employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, enhancing performance management, and coaching managers on HR issues. This role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner.

Four-plus years in HR with a focus on employee relations is preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is strongly preferred. Join a Berkshire Hathaway-backed leader with 100+ locations globally.

Qualifications

• Four plus years of professional Human Resources experience with a focus on employee relations preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee pre-employment process by coaching managers on selection/interviewing skills and coordinating offers and background checks.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for assigned groups.
• Investigate employee complaints (discrimination, harassment, unfair treatment) with Human Resources Business Partner guidance.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment/labor laws; monitor compliance and propose policy changes as needed.
• Administer corrective action/performance management processes and documentations for involuntary separations.
• Coordinate exit interviews and surface retention concerns for HR review.
• Mitigate unemployment liability by promptly addressing claims and protesting where appropriate.
• Participate in special HR programs/projects (Job Description Development, Merit reviews, events) as assigned.
