Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a hands-on HR administrator to manage employment, employee relations, compensation, and policy interpretation across sites. You will coach managers, administer HR programs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5–10 years of HR experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. ITAR considerations apply; US Citizenship or permanent residency is required. Excellent confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• 5-10 years experience required.
• Knowledge of company HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Incumbent must be detail oriented and have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office tools and be effective in administering policies and processes.
• Strong employee relations skills.
• Must pass a background and drug test.
• Due to ITAR requirements, US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR activities including employment, employee relations, corrective action, compensation, policy interpretation, and maintaining accurate records.
• Coach and mentor managers and employees on HR initiatives and develop proactive employee relations strategies.
• Lead recruitment processes: postings, screening, interviews, and references.
• Oversee onboarding, leave management, and compliance with local and federal laws.
• Support corporate HR programs and conduct HR policy trainings.
• Conduct investigations and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
