Job summary

TTI Inc., headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to energize our team by driving employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, enhancing performance management, and coaching managers and employees. This role reports to the Sr.

HR Business Partner. We value a four-plus year HR background, ideally with distribution or electronics manufacturing exposure, and a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of professional HR experience with a focus on employee relations.
• Experience in distribution or electronics manufacturing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee pre-employment process and coach managers on selection and interviewing.
• Coordinate offer approvals, background checks, and drug testing per policy.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure successful integration.
• Investigate employee concerns and advise managers to resolve issues and minimize risk.
• Administer policy interpretation and uphold labor laws across supported groups.
• Assist with corrective action/processes and performance management activities.
• Coordinate exit interviews and retention strategies with HR partners.
