Job summary

TDIndustries is seeking a Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives, partner with business leaders, and drive talent development across the organization.

You will guide workforce planning, leadership development, and retention programs, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and building strong, high-performing teams across Texas. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 9+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in people leadership.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align talent strategies with goals.
• Experience in workforce planning, engagement, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
• Proven ability to partner with leaders and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills using workforce metrics for decision-making.
• Knowledge of federal and Texas employment laws and compliance.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop workforce planning, org design, and talent strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop HR team members and foster accountability.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and retention initiatives.
• Serve as trusted advisor on performance management, engagement, and change management.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and policy guidance with compliance.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent.
• Support compensation and total rewards programs and leverage analytics for decisions.
