Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HR professional to administer employment, compensation, policy interpretation, and records management. The role includes coaching managers, leading recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration across the enterprise.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and full compliance with ITAR and confidentiality requirements. US citizenship or permanent residency is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• 5–10 years experience required.
• Knowledge of company HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong Microsoft Office skills and policy administration.
• Strong employee relations skills.
• Must pass a background and drug test.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident required (ITAR).

Responsibilities

• Administer HR activities including employment, relations, compensation, policy interpretation and records.
• Coach and mentor managers and employees on HR initiatives and policy guidance.
• Lead recruitment processes: postings, interviews, references, and onboarding.
• Manage leave of absence and compliance with federal and local laws.
• Support training, performance reviews and benefits administration.
• Ensure ITAR compliance and security controls in HR processes.
• Respond to benefits questions and coordinate with Benefits Administrator.
