Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of HR experience, healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, policies, compliance and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
• Provide guidance on performance management, corrective actions, documentation, and policy interpretation.
