Job summary

AISIN Texas is seeking an HR Generalist to foster positive employee relations, advise on policies, and support a respectful workplace culture. The role reports to the HR Assistant Manager and serves as a resource for Team Members and management on employment practices.

Key duties include addressing workplace concerns, assisting with FMLA/LOA/leave programs, delivering trainings, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in employee relations or HR roles.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with FMLA/LOA/STD/LTD leave programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to follow company policies consistently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with Team Members and management.
• Serve as a resource on policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.
• Gather feedback and address workplace concerns to support timely resolution.
• Meet with Team Members and management to discuss HR-related issues.
• Review cases and recommend actions aligned with policies and laws.
• Support identification and prevention of workplace issues impacting morale.
• Develop and deliver training resources on HR topics as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment on sensitive information.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
