Beverly Farm Foundation is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, workers’ comp) and benefits administration, while supporting talent acquisition and onboarding. The role requires deep knowledge of leave laws and strong HRIS experience, preferably in a healthcare/human services setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business administration, or related field.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) years of progressive HR experience, including leave of absence programs (FMLA/ADA).
• Experience with group benefits administration, open enrollment, and carrier/broker coordination.
• Healthcare/human services setting experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Administer leave programs (FMLA/ADA/workers’ comp/personal and medical leave) and track compliance.
• Lead annual benefits open enrollment, communications, and employee education sessions.
• Coordinate with Mercer and carriers to resolve claims, eligibility, and plan questions.
• Support talent acquisition activities and onboarding, including coordination of postings and interviews.
• Maintain HRIS records (Paycom) and analyze data for reporting and decision‑making.
